Thank You for Your Help to Make the Salem Arts Association Mission a Reality!
Since Summer of 2015 we have been located at 179 Essex Street in downtown Salem where our organization has enjoyed continued success. In 2016 held six themed exhibits with public openings, offered eight distinct art-centered workshops, and held two artists markets. These were well received by our members and the community at large.
Salem Arts also participated in two community parades and worked in collaboration with the Peabody Essex Museum, Salem Mainstreets, the City of Salem, Creative Salem, No Place for Hate and many more local organizations.
In the past year, Salem Arts has seen significant growth. We have strengthened our Board of Directors with smart and energetic people who share the vision in making Salem Arts all it can and should be. Our growing membership is more engaged and involved than ever..
The Salem Arts Association is celebrating its tenth year anniversary in 2017 and as a growing, evolving, community-centered, organization of artists and friends we wish to continue to be at the center of the Salem arts culture. A community such as Salem’s needs and deserves to be engaged in the arts, and hopefully, with your help we will meet our goals.
Please consider a contribution to the Salem Arts Association as a tax- deductible donation to the continued growth and cultural provenance of the City of Salem. We are very grateful for any help to make this a bigger, better creative place to be!
